Description : Construction of a reinforced concrete single story Hazardous Material Storage Facility with an adjoining office building on turn-key basis complete with provision and installation of plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler, lighting, fire alarm, communications and lightning protection systems. All installations inside hazardous area are for use in Class 1 Division 2 hazardous areas.
